I'm 47, 5'10", 200# with a love for life and the outdoors. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends especially in the outdoors. My hobbies include cooking and gardening as well as taking my son (16yrs old) and his friends camping on weekends. My spiritual beliefs are Christian and desire the same in a relationship. I have traveled the world both as a soldier and a civilian and have friends from Europe to South America and Australia, in addition to English I speak fluent German, basic Spanish and a enough Portuguese to maintain a somewhat intelligent conversation. At 47 I am about the oldest person in my college class and the oldest in my peer group of college students==== Im finishing up my Masters using GI Bill with my goal of obtaining my PHD.While in the Army I spent 17 years in Europe then worked overseas for a couple of years-but my father was dealing with cancer and it didn’t look good so I resigned and came back to Texas. Following my return to TX Dad recovered and I was able to gain custody of my son almost 5 years ago. I love cheesecake with coffee, dark chocolate, the smell of a pipe (but I don’t smoke one) or anything else. My preferred beverage of choice is sweet iced tea. I drink rather moderately to little though I enjoy a good blended whiskey, a German Draft beer and a good wine now and then. I enjoy intelligient, gregarious people that are non judgemental. Open to explore the possibilities of life and the fun that all can have. I am not jealouse and do not like jealous people, rather I look for those that are outgoing sensual and daring.
